Has your company applied new technologies and approaches across their entire HR process, which made a true business impact on your talent management? Did you link your HR and talent strategy back to the business and create more value? Whatever you did, tell us about how your people are your KEY business driver. Examples include how you transformed your culture to impact market share or created a strategy to unify talent management across multiple business units.

Here we're looking for stories about strategies and programs you used to encourage usage of your Cornerstone solution. Did your people adopt new Cornerstone features? Did you expand usage across new regions or divisions? Did your efforts ensure high levels of utilization by new or existing employees? We want to hear them all.
