Winners in this category will show examples of customers that have increased the adoption of CCA content. Tell us about the new approaches and impacts of empowering self-directed learning, effectively engaging your learners with your content, and how this changed or supported your organizations learning and development strategy.

- Think broadly and ensure you describe the issues your organization addressed.
- Be sure to outline all of the product suites/modules or services you used to achieve your success.
- Measurement matters — remember to quantify the talent metrics or improvements you measured as a result of your initiative.
- Consider other anecdotes that would enhance your submission. Quotes from executives, line of business managers, candidates, and employees about the success of your programs and technology really enhance submissions.
