ANALYST KEYNOTE: Them, Me and We - The Evolution of Employee Engagement to Employee Experience

Over the past two decades the relationship between employer and employee has evolved from a transactional one, into one of engagement. But engagement of the individual with the organization is not enough. Engagement is giving way to employee experience – an experience that brings together HCM technology, strategy, and leadership to help the organization align and deliver customer results.

Organizations are also realizing that their human capital technologies need to deliver more than just one experience. They need to be powerful transaction engines for administrative users. They need to be simple to use and be meaningful for individuals. And they need to deliver information that helps business leaders make better decisions.  These are very different views of the role of technology – solutions for them, me, and we.

Based on the latest research from Aptitude Research Partners, this session will address how top performing companies are leveraging their investment in human capital technology to bring to life to an employee experience based on:

  • Communication: Bridging the gap between employer and employee through more frequent and bidirectional communications.
  • Personalization: Providing a personalized experience to meet the needs of HR practitioners, business leaders, and employees from one unified solution.
  • Simplification: Lowering the barriers to access information and execute key process so people can focus on the work and the results.

How Are We Doing? Assess Your Talent Management Program
Business Process Owner

Do you wonder if you’re doing everything in your talent management solution the best way possible? Are you ever struggling to make the system work the way you wished it would? Do tasks take longer and require more steps than it seems it should?

You’re not alone. Many people want to blame the technology. However, the system on its own is only 1 of 7 areas that need to be addressed for the value of your system to be fully realized.

In this session, Bluewater President and CEO, Chris Bond, and VP of Consulting, Tim Carlsson, will lead you through these seven areas. They will share an assessment tool, which allows you to identify where you are doing well and where you need to focus attention within, and across, all seven areas. You’ll hear how common problems are solved and where the source of those challenges actually exist – which frequently differs from where people think.

Why Your Peers are Investing in a Learning Content Strategy

The digital revolution has enabled employees to take learning into their own hands. HR and learning professionals are strapped to modernize their approach to training and align to business goals. The Age of Experience

Thanks to technology and innovative thinking, we’re now at a point where we can help to make personalized experiences a reality – both gathering information to understand one’s needs and delivering a customized experience to individuals. In this year’s opening Convergence keynote, our founder and CEO, Adam Miller, will share how this thinking is inspiring innovation at Cornerstone, whether it is the user experience, the employee experience, the candidate experience or the client experience.

Analyst Keynote

Mollie Lombardi

Mollie Lombardi

Co-Founder and CEO
Aptitude Research Partners

How do you create moments that are memorable and meaningful? During his Convergence keynote, drawing from his forthcoming book, The Power of Moments, Heath will reveal the four elements that create defining moments. Armed with an understanding of these elements, we can be the authors of moments that spark delight, connection and insight.
