What does my registration fee cover?
The full conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, the Partner & Product Expo, Welcome Reception, Client & Partner Appreciation Party, and all hosted meals. Travel and hotel costs are the responsibility of the attendee. View registration fees here.

What meals are hosted by the conference?
The conference will include the following meals:

  • Hors d’oeuvres reception on Tuesday evening
  • Full breakfast, break snacks, lunch and dinner at the Client & Partner Appreciation party on Wednesday
  • Full breakfast, break snacks and a full lunch on Thursday

May I bring a guest?
Each registered conference attendee is allowed to bring one (1) guest to the Main Evening Event on Wednesday evening for $225. Your guest must be +21 years of age, no exceptions. You may register your guest during the conference registration process. Guests are not admitted to hosted meal functions, keynote presentations, or sessions. You may work with concierge services to book activities during the day for your guest.

How will I know when the program schedule is available?
Announcements will be provided through the Convergence Community and via emails from Cornerstone OnDemand registered attendees once the full program is available for scheduling.

How can I get involved as a speaker?
If you are interesting in becoming a speaker at Convergence 2012, please submit your session idea to Beth Thompson, Sr. Manager of Client and Partner Marketing at bthompson@csod.com. Cornerstone will review all submissions and notify customers if they've been accepted by the first of April.

How many attendees are expected at this year’s Convergence conference?
With our ever-growing customer base, Convergence has been rapidly growing each year, too. This year’s conference is expected to see over 500 attendees—an increase of 43% attendees from Convergence 2011.

Are there penalties for cancelling my registration?
Should you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so before April 15 for a full refund. If you cancel after April 15, you will receive a refund, less a processing fee.

How can I cancel or change my hotel reservation?
Please call the Terranea Resort directly at (866) 802-8000. All cancellations require 72 business hour notice.

If I cannot attend, may I substitute someone from my organization?
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person from your company at no additional charge. Substitutions can be made by emailing Craig D’Amico at chd9594@aol.com.

Are there other hotel options associated with Convergence 2012?
Cornerstone has negotiated a deeply discounted rate at the Terranea Resort. We encourage you to take advantage of this special rate to save on your expenses and to make it easier on yourself for getting to and from the conference. Other nearby hotels include: Best Western Redondo Beach Inn (5 miles away), DoubleTree by Hilton San Pedro (7 miles away), Courtyard Los Angeles Torrance/Palos Verdes (7 miles away).

What is the dress code for the conference?
Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures are cool, and the climate can vary. While we do our best in controlling the temperature in session rooms, we recommend you bring a removable layer for your comfort.

What is the dress code for the evening events?
Business casual, layers recommended.

What will the weather be like in Rancho Palos Verdes during the conference?
The month of May in Rancho Palos Verdes is usually beautiful, but you cannot predict Mother Nature. Average high is 75° F and average low is 58° F during the month of May. Click here before you depart to check the weather report.

What airport should I fly into for the conference?
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the main facility servicing the Los Angeles area. LAX is located 20 miles from the Terranea Resort and offers daily flights from all major airlines.

Will transportation be provided to and from the Terranea Resort?
Transportation will not be provided to and from the Terranea Resort. LAX have an expansive system for taxicabs. Travel from LAX to Terranea is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. For your return trip to the airport, we highly recommend departure from the Terranea Resort at least 2 hours before your flight, as the airport is known to have consistently long security lines.
