Adam Miller

Founder & CEO, Cornerstone OnDemand

Adam Miller is the founder and CEO of Cornerstone (NASDAQ: CSOD). He started the company in 1999 from his one-bedroom apartment to help people around the world realize their potential. Today, Cornerstone is one of the world’s largest cloud computing companies with over 38 million users in nearly 200 countries. Mr. Miller is also an active social entrepreneur. He is the chairman of Team Rubicon and the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, serves on FARE’s executive board and is a current director of IKAR in Los Angeles. He is a frequent speaker and writer on entrepreneurship, philanthropy, technology and talent management. In 2018, he was named second on the list of top SaaS CEOs by The SaaS Report and was awarded “Best CEO in HR” by European CEO magazine. He was also ranked #8 on the list of Best CEOs for Large Companies by Comparably in 2017. Mr. Miller holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS from its Wharton School of Business, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, a MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business and has both CPA and Series 7 certifications.

Bob Johansen

Distinguished Fellow, Institute for the Future

Bob Johansen is a distinguished fellow with the Institute for the Future in Silicon Valley. For more than 30 years, Bob has helped organizations around the world prepare for and shape the future, including corporations such as P&G, Walmart, McKinsey, United Rentals, and Syngenta, as well as major universities and nonprofits.

The author or co-author of ten books, Bob is a frequent keynote speaker. His best-selling book Get There Early: Sensing the Future to Compete in the Present was selected as one of the top business books of 2007. His latest book is The New Leadership Literacies.

Bob holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University—as well as a master’s degree that focused on world religions.

Kim Scott is a NYT & WSJ bestselling author and co-founder of Radical Candor. She is the author of Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity, to be published by St Martin’s Press, March, 2017. Kim has been an advisor at Dropbox, Kurbo, Qualtrics, ReelGood, Shyp, Twitter and several other tech companies. She was a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that led AdSense, YouTube, and Doubleclick Online Sales and Operations at Google.
