Peter Cappelli
Recognized as one of the world’s most important authorities on human capital, Peter Cappelli is the George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources. His work focuses on human resource practices, talent and performance management, and public policy related to employment. He advises organizations on the development of managerial and executive talent by helping his clients better understand how careers and career paths have changed, how these changes require companies to think about managing talent from a more strategic perspective, and how individuals should now think about managing their own careers. He was recently named by Vault.com as one the 25 most important people working in the area of human capital, one of the top 100 people in the field of recruiting and staffing by Recruit.com., and was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. He currently serves on commissions for The Business Roundtable, the World Economic Forum, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Molly Anderson

Molly Anderson is director of talent for Deloitte Services LP, specializing in innovative strategies to engage today’s increasingly diverse, knowledge-based workforce. She is also a co-author of the forthcoming book The Corporate Lattice: Achieving High Performance in the Changing World of Work, to be published June, 2010 from Harvard Business Press. Molly designed and led the implementation of Mass Career Customization across Deloitte’s 43,000-person organization, significantly increasing career-life satisfaction, retention and engagement. Molly is an authority on organizational effectiveness, human resources strategy, and learning and development. She has extensive experience implementing transformational change in large organizations through the integration of processes, people and technology. Her expertise spans a range of disciplines including health care, higher education, mergers and acquisitions, information systems, and customer service.

Josh Bersin

Josh Bersin has worked with hundreds of companies to deliver high impact employee learning, leadership development and talent management solutions. In 2001, he founded Bersin & Associates to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. Today, the firm is the “go to” source for learning and HR decision makers seeking product and market data, insight on trends and expert advice on enterprise learning and talent management. Bersin is a frequent speaker at industry events including the HR Technology Conference and the ASTD International Conference. In addition, he has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine and is a frequent contributor to other leading training and HR publications. As the Learning Technology Manager for the Sanford Health Center for Learning & Innovation, Sally Tilstra experiences the challenges and rewards of providing learning management services for a distributed healthcare workforce of 14,000 active learners. Her team collaborates with many stakeholders to provide logistical support and learning solutions for the organization’s large-scale training initiatives, including orientation of new hires and training on the electronic medical record system. Sally has a diverse skill set, with experience and formal education in healthcare, technology, management, and adult learning.

With more than 7 years of experience in various learning support roles, Wendie Whelan has successfully assisted numerous organizations in the evaluation, configuration and implementation of Learning and Talent Management Systems. Clare D. Marsch

Prior to joining the ABA, Clare managed eLearning development and strategy for global learning implementations at Convergys, DigitalThink, and LearningByte International. She has extensive experience leading consulting teams and client initiatives focused on learning organization strategy, infrastructure and operations. April Faulk
Senior Director of Elearning Technology American Bankers Association
April is responsible for elearning development technology and engineering at ABA, as well as for leveraging the technology features of the LMS to publish ABA courses, curricula, training materials and certification programs. April’s extensive education and training background includes instructional design, LMS database architecture and elearning technical standards as well as system analysis which enables her to effectively manage ABA’s elearning deployments to 2300 client sites with all ranges of systems and connectivity infrastructures. In addition, April manages ABA’s extensive learning object library for elearning and print publications, as well as ABA’s internal content development architecture and process protocols.

Anna M. Phipps

In addition, she is responsible for revenue reporting across ABA’s extended elearning enterprise. Beverly Clampett

Ms. Clampett oversees Talent Development for Kaplan Higher Education, With over 20 years of experience; her career began in Secondary Education but quickly shifted to Human Resources. Her experience spans multiple industries including both large global and entrepreneurial start up organizations. Cecilia Fernandez

Cecilia Fernandez has more than 25 years experience in the learning and development field having led training organizations to improve training development methodologies, facilitation skills, learning technology platforms, and online courseware development. Mark Hellinger

Prior to Xyleme, Mark was CEO of PRAJA, a market leader in the Business Activity Monitoring space that was successfully sold to TIBCO Software (NASD: TIBX). Prior to this, he was with Disk Software Ltd., a technology incubator, where Mark was a managing partner. Previously, Mark Hellinger was President and COO for Interactive Group, an ERP software supplier which grew rapidly, went public and was sold after it had grown to $60 million in revenue, over 400 employees and 22 offices worldwide. He joined Interactive when the company had just over 20 people and was principally responsible for its rapid global expansion and sales growth. Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
